Tie Guan Yin (Taiwan - Muzha) ~ 鐵觀音(木柵)

Lot’s people know that Tie Guan Yin Tea (鐵觀音) is from China. Oh… No, Taiwan also got Tie Guan Yin. Last year, during my family trip in Taiwan, I also drop by Muzha for a cup of tea. It’s really good environment for a group of people enjoying and relaxing.

This year, really thanks to Angel Tan, she brought back numbers of nice tea from Taiwan. One of it is Tie Guan Yin Tea from Muzha (木柵).

Cool…. It’s really nice aroma during first brew not even drink. The sweetness that covers both side of my mouth and the fruit/honey aroma (果蜜香) really cover the whole mouth. And the aroma gets stronger and stronger. During last brew, I invite “bos” and he told that the honey/fruit aroma really strong may be we drink black tea just before… Maybe this the 2nd grade (二等) of the contest tea of year ‘2009 of Muzha. Well don’t ask the price and if you need to try may drop by TI and include I’ll be around. Haha… depend on luck…
