This morning wakeup early to done some change for my company. After breakfast, plan to have some tea before work start. Need to clean some oily food. Hahaha....Such a long time I haven't brew Oolong tea (Taiwan). So, decided to use Taiwan Teapot Tao Ba Xi Shi (倒把西施) as well to brew Shan Lin Xi (杉林溪), 2009' spring tea.
Well, the taste is there and it's keeps sometime and I can feel during my work. But I still prefer last year Li Shan (梨山) Oolong tea. Ops... I've check my stock, only got 50g of Ton Tin(冻顶) Oolong tea.

This not what I need!!! … But what so impress me is that when I try to brew Oolong Tie Guan Yin from Taiwan the sweetness cover my whole mouth. This pot really shows the tea characteristic out. Em… May be the tea also, this year contest tea. Hihihi...Will introduce the tea soon… Good tea brews with good teapot… wah…I can’t imagine…

YiWu ~ number 2 ‘2002

This tea is better then the Millennial Old Tree 2000', still in the fermentation stage and should be better in another 2 more years. It's was more active and strong cha yun on the tongue, beside that very nice honey smell. The tea leave is nice and clean.
